Help keep the community useful, welcoming and safe for collectors and players of all ages.
Be respectful
Discuss games and ideas without attacking, harassing, threatening or targeting another person. Hate speech, sexual harassment and degrading comments are not allowed.
Keep it relevant
Use reviews for the game itself, questions for product or gameplay information, and clubs for their stated topic. Repeated promotion, unrelated links, copied posts and spam may be removed.
Protect personal information
Do not post private addresses, phone numbers, payment details, identification, exact real-time locations or another person's private messages. Looking-for-players posts should use platform handles rather than private contact information.
No customer-to-customer sales
Wanted posts show demand and help Vixeoo source inventory. They are not advertisements for private sales, auctions or payment arrangements between members.
Use spoiler controls
Mark story details as spoilers in reviews and avoid spoilers in titles or short previews. Staff may hide unmarked major spoilers.
Reviews and recommendations
Post your own experience. Verified purchase and verified owner labels describe account records, not whether an opinion is positive. Do not manipulate votes, ratings, follows or recommendation feedback through duplicate accounts.
Events and finding players
Follow event rules and age requirements. Do not use the site to arrange unsafe activities. Event capacity, wait-list position and attendance may change when reservations expire or are cancelled.
Moderation
Members can report content and block accounts. Vixeoo may hide content, limit posting, remove badges or suspend community access when needed. Store shopping access and community posting access may be handled separately.
