GameCycle offers several shipping and delivery options depending on your location, order value, and selected delivery service.

All shipping fees are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Shipping rates and delivery availability are subject to your delivery address, order eligibility, and the options displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates unless a qualifying guaranteed same-day delivery service is selected.

Windsor & Essex County Local Shipping

GameCycle is proud to serve our local community in Windsor and Essex County, Ontario.

Customers within our eligible local delivery area can enjoy affordable standard shipping, free shipping on qualifying orders, and an optional guaranteed same-day delivery service.

Free Local Shipping on Orders Over $100

Eligible orders totaling more than $100 CAD qualify for free standard shipping within Windsor and Essex County.

Orders that do not qualify for free local shipping are subject to our standard $7 CAD local shipping fee.

Standard local shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days.

Complimentary Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery

Depending on availability, some local customers may receive their orders through our complimentary same-day or next-day delivery service.

This service may be provided directly by GameCycle or another eligible local delivery provider.

Complimentary same-day or next-day delivery is not guaranteed.

Availability depends on order volume, delivery schedules, customer location, and product availability.

GameCycle offers guaranteed same-day delivery for $10 CAD to eligible addresses within Windsor and Essex County, Ontario.

Same-Day Delivery Requirements

• Delivery Fee: $10 CAD.
• Order Cutoff: Before 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Delivery Guarantee: Qualifying orders will arrive on the same calendar day.
• Service Area: Eligible addresses in Windsor and Essex County.
• Product Availability: All ordered items must be in stock and available for local delivery.
• Payment: Payment must be successfully confirmed before the cutoff.

Guaranteed same-day delivery must be available and selected during checkout.

Orders placed at or after 5:00 PM do not qualify for guaranteed same-day delivery that day.

Important: The 5:00 PM cutoff is the deadline for placing and confirming your order, not the delivery arrival time.

Same-day deliveries may arrive later in the evening.

The $10 guaranteed same-day delivery fee is separate from our free standard shipping promotions, including orders that otherwise qualify for free shipping.

Ontario Shipping

Free Shipping on Orders Over $200

GameCycle offers free standard shipping on eligible orders over $200 CAD throughout Ontario.

For eligible Ontario orders that do not qualify for free shipping, the standard shipping fee is typically $12 CAD.

Most shipments within Ontario, outside our Windsor-Essex local delivery area, are expected to arrive within 7 to 10 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on shipping carrier availability, package size, destination, and transportation conditions.

Customers in Windsor and Essex County benefit from our separate local shipping rates and delivery options.

Shipping to Other Canadian Provinces

GameCycle also offers shipping to eligible destinations in other Canadian provinces.

Shipping fees outside Ontario may vary depending on package weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier availability.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.

Orders shipped outside Ontario may take longer than 7 to 10 business days.

Remote, rural, and less accessible destinations may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Carriers & GameCycle Delivery

GameCycle works with trusted Canadian shipping carriers and delivery providers to transport customer orders.

Depending on your order and delivery destination, your package may be delivered by:

• Canada Post
• Canpar
• Other eligible courier and shipping services
• GameCycle's own local delivery service

Delivered Directly by GameCycle

In some cases, especially within Windsor and Essex County, your order may be delivered directly by GameCycle rather than a third-party shipping carrier.

A GameCycle team member or authorized local delivery representative may bring your package directly to your address.

This allows us to provide convenient local delivery options when available.

The delivery method is selected based on location, availability, order requirements, and operational considerations.

Specific shipping carrier requests cannot always be accommodated.

Signature Requirements & Delivery Confirmation

For the security of our customers and protection of shipped merchandise, some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.

A signature or additional delivery confirmation may be required depending on the order value, product type, shipping carrier, or delivery method.

High-value purchases, including certain video game consoles, collectibles, and electronics, may require someone to be available to accept the package.

When a signature is required, the carrier or delivery representative may request acknowledgment of receipt before releasing the package.

If nobody is available to receive the shipment, the carrier may attempt redelivery, leave a delivery notice, or direct the package to an authorized pickup location.

GameCycle may also request delivery confirmation for packages delivered directly by our local delivery team.

Customers should monitor their tracking information or delivery notifications when available.

Order Processing & Shipping Preparation

Once your order is successfully placed, our team will begin preparing your items for shipment or local delivery.

Processing times depend on order volume, product availability, holidays, and operational requirements.

Orders placed during weekends or statutory holidays may require additional processing time.

Estimated delivery windows may include processing and transportation time.

Business days generally exclude weekends and statutory holidays.

Order Tracking & Delivery Updates

When tracking information is available, it may be provided after your order has been prepared and dispatched.

Tracking information allows customers to follow eligible shipments through the applicable shipping carrier.

Please note that tracking updates may not appear immediately after a shipment has been processed.

Orders delivered directly by GameCycle may not include traditional third-party carrier tracking information.

Shipping Delays & Delivery Estimates

We work hard to ensure orders arrive within their estimated delivery windows. However, shipping delays may occasionally occur.

Possible reasons for delays include:

• Remote or rural delivery destinations.
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
• Unexpected transportation disruptions.
• Product availability or processing delays.

Standard shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Guaranteed same-day delivery is a separate service available only for qualifying local orders.

If your order experiences a significant delay, please contact GameCycle so our team can review the situation.

Damaged or Broken Items During Shipping

GameCycle takes care when packaging products for shipment, but damage can occasionally occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact GameCycle as soon as possible.

We will work with Canada Post, Canpar, or the applicable carrier to investigate the damage and submit a shipping claim when necessary.

What to Provide

• Your order number or proof of purchase.
• Photographs of the damaged product.
• Photographs of the original shipping packaging.
• A brief description of the damage.

Please keep the damaged product and original shipping packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

In most cases, we will arrange a replacement for an item damaged during shipping, subject to verification and product availability.

If an identical replacement is unavailable, our team will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details when placing an order.

Please confirm your street address, apartment or unit number, city, province, and postal code before checkout.

Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in delays, failed deliveries, or additional carrier charges.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact GameCycle as soon as possible.

Address changes may not be possible after an order has been dispatched.

When a signature or personal delivery confirmation is required, customers should arrange for someone to be available to receive the shipment.
